Field collection executive : Leading gold buying looking for candidates who should be on the field and work on gold release and buying.

Job Summary:As a Field Collection Executive at Kalyani Gold Company,you will be responsible for visiting customers to buy pledged or physical gold . The role involves regular field visits to buy pledged or physical gold, strong customer interaction, and timely reporting.

• Key Responsibilities: Visit gold pledge outlets and release pledged gold .
• Collect payments (cash, cheque, UPI) and issue receipts as per company policy.
• Maintain daily collection records and submit accurate reports to the store or regional manager.
• Ensure all collections are deposited as per company procedures and timelines.
• Coordinate with the in-store accounts team for reconciliations.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure ethical collection practices.
• Meet monthly collection targets set by the management.
