Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their residential or business locations for payment collection.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and recover outstanding dues within assigned timelines.
• Negotiate repayment schedules with customers as per company policies.
• Verify customer addresses and contact details during field visits.
• Update collection activities and customer interactions in the system on a daily basis.
• Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
• Submit daily visit reports and collection status updates to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for account-related issues.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
