Field Collection Executive

Note - DRA Certificate Required

Field Visits: Visit the assigned residential or commercial addresses of defaulting

customers daily.

 Payment Collection: Meet with customers face-to-face to explain their outstanding

dues, remind them of their commitments, and collect cash, checks, or digital

payments.

 Negotiation & Problem Solving: Understand the customer's reasons for non-

payment, resolve disputes, and negotiate viable payment plans according to company

policies.

 Address Verification: Verify and update customer contact details and addresses if

the provided information is incorrect or outdated.

 Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of visits, customer responses, and cash

collections, and submit regular updates to the field manager.

 Compliance: Adhere strictly to the company's code of conduct and legal regulations

regarding field collections.
