Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Supervisor to manage field operations, handle the team, and ensure daily targets are achieved by guiding and motivating team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage field executives/team members.

Push and motivate the team to achieve daily targets.

Assign daily tasks and locations to the team.

Monitor team performance and productivity.

Ensure field work is completed on time.

Submit daily reports to management.

Resolve field issues and support team members.

Maintain discipline and professional conduct in the team.

Coordinate with management for updates and requirements.
