Job Description


  • Identify and approach doctor assistants, cash patients, and patient
  • attendants within the hospital premises.
  • Proactively pitch the Bajaj Finance No Cost EMI product to eligible patients and their families.
  • Clearly explain the features, benefits, and terms of the No Cost EMI product in a simple, patient-friendly manner.
  • Collect required documents and process loan/EMI applications end-to-end.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and daily activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff to ensure a steady referral pipeline.
  • Ensure full compliance with Bajaj Finance's internal policies, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines.
  • Provide post-sale support and address customer queries in a professional manner.
