Job Description
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and finishing works.
- Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs.
- Good understanding of commercial costing and budgeting.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred).
- Timely submission of estimates and quotations.
- Accuracy of BOQs and cost estimates.
- Accuracy of vendor comparison and pricing.
- Coordination with internal teams and client satisfaction.
