JOB DESCRIPTION – ADVISOR (EQUITY)

Role Overview

The FOCO Advisor is responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, increasing client engagement and driving revenue through appropriate financial products and services. The Advisor will work closely with the Business Associate (BA), Team Leader and internal teams to achieve business and productivity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new client accounts and ensure account activation.
• Understand client requirements, financial objectives and risk profiles.
• Provide product information and assist clients with suitable investment solutions.
• Generate business through Equity and other applicable financial products.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, MTF and other approved products.
• Conduct regular client calls, meetings and follow-ups.
• Track client activity, portfolio engagement and business opportunities.
• Maintain daily activity and business reports/MIS.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager, Team Leader, Relationship Managers and internal support teams.
• Resolve client queries by coordinating with the relevant departments.

• Strong follow-up and client-handling ability.
