Education Counsellor

Telecaller – MBBS Abroad Admissions | Astra Global Education

Responsibilities:

Call students who have shown interest in MBBS Abroad admissions.

Explain universities, fees, scholarships, and admission process.

Counsel students and parents over phone and WhatsApp.

Follow up with hot leads until admission is confirmed.

Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel.

Achieve daily calling and monthly admission targets.

Coordinate with the counselling team for document collection and admissions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication in Telugu, Hindi, or English.

Strong convincing and counselling skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Experience in Education, Telecalling, or Sales preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
