Education Counsellor

We are seeking a dynamic and student-focused Admissions Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the entire admissions process—from initial inquiry to successful enrollment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of academic programs and career opportunities, and the ability to support institutional enrollment goals through strategic recruitment efforts.

• Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing personalized guidance throughout the admission process.
• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and career pathways.
• Conduct phone calls, emails, video calls, and in-person meetings to engage and support applicants.
• Organize and participate in college fairs, school visits, webinars, and open house events to promote the institution.
• Evaluate student applications and assist in the admission decision process.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align recruitment strategies with institutional goals.
• Support admitted students through the enrollment process, including document submission and orientation guidance.
