Job SummaryThe Bouncer Cum Driver is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the hospital premises while also providing safe and reliable driving services as assigned by the management. The employee must be physically fit, alert, disciplined, professional, and capable of handling both security and transportation responsibilities.

• Key Responsibilities – Security / BouncerMaintain safety, security, and discipline within the hospital premises.
• Monitor the entry and exit of patients, attendants, visitors, and staff.
• Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Manage crowds and maintain order during busy hours or special situations.
• Handle difficult or disruptive situations calmly and professionally.
• Assist hospital staff in managing aggressive or unruly visitors as per hospital protocols.
• Protect hospital property, equipment, and other assets.
• Report suspicious activities or security concerns to the concerned authority immediately.
• Support the hospital team during emergencies and critical situations.
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach while dealing with patients and attendants.
• Follow all hospital security policies and instructions.
• Key Responsibilities – DriverDrive hospital vehicles safely and responsibly as assigned.
• Transport doctors, staff, patients, documents, medicines, medical supplies, or other authorized materials when required.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
• Check fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, and other basic vehicle requirements regularly.
• Report vehicle damage, breakdowns, or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Ensure all vehicle-related documents are valid and available.
• Follow traffic rules and road safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain trip and vehicle records as required.
• Assist with emergency transportation requirements when assigned.
• Maintain good knowledge of Bengaluru routes and locations.
• Qualifications & RequirementsValid driving licence for the assigned vehicle.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Bouncer, Security Personnel, Driver, or in a similar role.
• Good physical fitness and alertness.
• Good knowledge of Bengaluru roads and routes.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be an advantage.
