Job Overview

We are seeking three motivated and compassionate medical professionals to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for graduates who want to gain deep hands-on experience in managing outpatient cases, specifically assisting with and managing gynecological and orthopedic patients under the guidance of senior specialists.

Qualifications

Education: MBBS or BAMS degree from a recognized institution.

Registration: Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council / Board of Indian Medicine.

Experience: Both fresh graduates and experienced practitioners are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct primary patient consultations and physical examinations.

Diagnose and manage routine outpatient cases.

Assist senior consultants with specialized Gynecology and Orthopedic treatments.

Dress wounds, manage minor trauma cases, and handle orthopedic splints/bandages.

Provide prenatal and postnatal counseling and routine women's health checks.

Prescribe appropriate medications and recommend diagnostic tests.

Maintain accurate, digital, or physical patient medical records.

Educate patients on preventative care, lifestyle changes, and rehab exercises.

Skills and Competencies

Strong clinical diagnostic skills.

Excellent empathy and communication skills.

Knowledge of integrative approaches (for BAMS candidates).

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinic environment.
