Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping & Performance Max).
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lower cost per lead.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor daily ad performance and budgets.

SEO & Website

• Improve website rankings through On-page and Off-page SEO.
• Perform keyword research using SEO tools.
• Optimize product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
• Manage Shopify website updates and improvements.
• Improve website conversion rates.

Social Media Marketing

• Create monthly content calendars.
• Publish engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Increase followers and engagement organically.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators.
• Build brand awareness across platforms.

Lead Generation

• Generate B2B and D2C leads through digital campaigns.
• Create lead magnets and landing pages.
• Improve conversion rates from digital channels.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead quality and follow-up.

Marketplace Management

• Optimize Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, and other marketplace listings.
• Improve product rankings.
• Manage promotions and advertisements.
• Monitor reviews and ratings.
• Email & WhatsApp MarketingCreate automated email campaigns.
• Execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• Improve customer retention and repeat purchases.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track website traffic using GA4.
• Monitor campaign KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Suggest improvements based on data.
