Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Improve website performance through SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement.
  • Create and oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting platforms.
  • Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and coordinate with external agencies when required.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is an advantage.
