Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Improve website performance through SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Manage social media platforms, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement.
- Create and oversee email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team and coordinate with external agencies when required.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and team leadership abilities.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B and/or B2C digital marketing.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is an advantage.
