Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing activities for our Construction & Interior Design business. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, managing digital campaigns, improving online presence, and supporting business growth through digital marketing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for construction, interior design and related services.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROI.
• Manage and grow the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Create and coordinate engaging content, creatives, reels, videos and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and basic SEO activities.
• Optimize website content for better Google rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage lead data and coordinate with the Sales/CRM team for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement strategies to improve lead quality.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators and sales teams for marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta, Google Ads, SEO and social media trends.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics
• Social media management
• Lead generation and performance marketing
• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage
• Good knowledge of English; Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage
• QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant digital marketing knowledge can apply.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing/lead generation will be preferred.
