Job Title: Digital Marketing & Video Content Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing & Video Content Executive who can manage our digital presence while independently handling site visits, video shoots, content creation, and video editing.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling to project/site locations, planning and shooting engaging videos, editing them for social media, and supporting overall digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital marketing activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, and other relevant platforms.
• Visit project/site locations regularly to understand the work, capture content, and identify opportunities for social media posts and videos.
• Plan and execute on-site video shoots, including project walkthroughs, reels, testimonials, interviews, progress videos, and promotional content.
• Handle basic photography and videography using smartphones, cameras, gimbals, or other shooting equipment.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube videos, and other platforms.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, graphics, voiceovers, and branding to videos.
• Create a monthly content calendar and ensure regular posting.
• Write engaging captions, scripts, headlines, and content ideas.
• Coordinate with site/project teams to arrange shoots and collect relevant information.
• Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and leads.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, reel formats, sounds, and content strategies.
• Support paid digital marketing campaigns when required.
• Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, project footage, and marketing assets.
• Required SkillsGood understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
• Strong skills in videography and video editing.
• Experience with tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
• Ability to shoot videos independently and create content from raw footage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for framing, storytelling, and visual presentation.
• Willingness to travel to project/site locations for shoots.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and content requirements within deadlines.
