Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years 3-month training /Probations period, subject to performance and company policy.
About OSBS GroupOm Sai Building Solutions is a construction and interior solutions company providing end-to-end residential and commercial construction, interior design, and turnkey project execution services.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including Instagram Reels, posts, stories, captions, and hashtags.
- Create engaging content to increase brand awareness, reach, followers, and customer enquiries.
- Assist in running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads from Bangalore for residential construction and interior design services.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO, on-page optimization, and website performance improvements.
- Develop content strategies targeting homeowners, plot owners, apartment owners, and commercial businesses.
