Job Description
- Lead Generation & Paid Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Social Media Management: Manage our brand’s social presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube). Create engaging content like property walkthroughs, project updates, and client testimonials
- Email Marketing: Design and send engaging newsletters, project launch announcements, and drip campaigns to nurture prospective buyers. ZipRecruiter +3
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROI, and conversion rates. Provide weekly/monthly performance dashboards using Google Analytics.
- Sales Collaboration
- Number of qualified leads generated per month.
- Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
- Growth in website organic traffic and social media engagement rates.
- Contribution to overall sales conversions from digital channels.
