Job Title: BDS Dentist (Senior Associate) — Apollo Dental

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: East Bangalore (Sarjapur Road / Harlur / Varthur / Yamare)

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (post-internship clinical)

Education: BDS (mandatory); registered with Dental Council

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000 fixed/month + uncapped treatment & referral incentives (top associates earn ₹60,000–₹70,000+ total)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced BDS dentist who is not just clinically sound, but excellent with patients — someone who can explain treatment with clarity and confidence, build trust quickly, and convert consultations into accepted treatment plans.

What you'll do

• Provide consultations, diagnoses, and BDS-scope treatment (fillings, extractions, scaling, RCTs within competency, whitening, preventive care)
• Present treatment plans clearly and convert patients with strong, honest communication
• Identify and refer complex cases to our MDS specialists
• Maintain complete clinical documentation on the same day
• Deliver a great patient experience that earns referrals and 5-star reviews

Who we're looking for

• 5+ years of clinical experience as a practicing dentist
• Strong patient conversion / case-acceptance skills — you can turn a consultation into a committed treatment plan
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi a plus)
• Confident, warm chairside manner that builds patient trust
• Commercially aware — understands that good communication grows the practice
