Job Summary:-

The Delivery Executive is responsible for delivering medicines and healthcare products to customers safely and on time while maintaining excellent customer service. The role requires handling cash/online payments, maintaining delivery records, and ensuring proper handling of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:-

Deliver medicines and pharmacy products to customers as per assigned orders.

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Collect payments (cash, UPI, card, or online) and issue receipts when required.

Handle medicines carefully to prevent damage or spoilage.

Verify customer details and delivery information before handing over products.

Maintain daily delivery records and update delivery status.

Follow traffic rules and safety regulations while riding.

Assist store staff with basic operational activities when required.

Return undelivered orders and submit collected cash at the end of the shift.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.

Valid two-wheeler driving license.

Own bike/scooter preferred.

Basic knowledge of local routes and navigation.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Freshers can apply; prior delivery experience is an advantage.
