Delivery Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Executive to deliver packages, food orders, or products to customers safely and on time. The ideal candidate should have good navigation skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

• Key Responsibilities:Pick up orders from the warehouse, store, restaurant, or distribution center.
• Deliver orders to customers within the assigned time frame.
• Verify delivery details and obtain customer signatures or confirmations when required.
• Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure packages are delivered safely without damage.
• Follow assigned routes and optimize delivery schedules.
• Maintain communication with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
• Report delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle
