Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Awareness & Online Presence

•       Plan and execute strategies to increase brand visibility on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

•       Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all digital channels.

•       Develop content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts, articles, and updates.


2. Social Media Management

•       Manage day-to-day activity across all company social media accounts.

•       Create engaging posts, reels, infographics, and short videos relevant to our manufacturing products and services.

•       Monitor comments, messages, and engagement — respond promptly and professionally.

•       Track social media metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.


3. Content Creation

•       Write product descriptions, blog posts, case studies, and company updates for the website and social platforms.

•       Coordinate with internal teams to gather information about products, dealer stories, and achievements.

•       Assist in creating promotional materials, brochures, and digital catalogues.


4. Website Management

•       Update and maintain the company website with fresh content, product listings, and news.

•       Monitor basic website analytics (Google Analytics / Search Console) and report on traffic and engagement.


5. Dealer & Stakeholder Communication

•       Support digital communication with the dealer network through newsletters, emailers, and WhatsApp broadcasts.

•       Help create co-branded content or promotional assets for dealer campaigns.


6. Campaign Support

•       Assist in planning and running paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google (training will be provided if required).

•       Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and report ROI.


Required Skills

Must Have

•       Good understanding of social media platforms — especially LinkedIn (B2B-focused).

•       Basic content writing and copywriting skills in English; Hindi is an added advantage.

•       Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools for basic graphic design.

•       Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

•       Analytical mindset — ability to read and interpret basic digital data.


Good to Have

•       Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics.

•       Exposure to email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).

•       Basic video editing skills (Reels, YouTube Shorts).

Prior internship or project work in digital marketing during MBA.
