Job Description
Role: Tele-Collections / Tele-Debt Recovery Executive
- Company: Sterlion Finance Pvt Ltd
- Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (In-Office)
- Experience: 1–3 Years in Tele-Collections / Debt Recovery
- Salary: ₹2.40 Lakhs - ₹4.20 Lakhs P.A. (₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month)
- Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (10:30 AM - 07:00 PM)

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Make reminder calls/messages and rigorously follow up with "Promise to Pay" customers.
- Handle difficult conversations with firmness and professionalism to recover outstanding dues.
- Achieve daily/monthly recovery targets with minimum persuasion.
- Share day-to-day progress reports with the Collection Head.

- Proven track record in Tele-Collections/Loan Recovery (NBFC/Bank/Private financial entities).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
