Job Title: Collection Executive (Tele-Collection)

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years

Languages Required: Kannada & Basic English

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments

✅ Negotiate and establish suitable repayment plans

✅ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collections

✅ Ensure timely follow-ups on pending dues

✅ Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets

✅ Build positive customer relationships while ensuring payment compliance

 💼 What We're Looking For

✔ Good communication skills in Kannada and Basic English

✔ Ability to handle customer conversations professionally

✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude

✔ Experience in collections, tele-calling, customer service, or related fields preferred
