Job Description
- Make outbound collection calls to customers
- Negotiate payment timelines and ensure PTP conversion
- Maintain regular follow-ups
- Update CRM dashboards with call outcomes and payment status
- Communicate with customers in a firm yet empathetic manner
Office Timings
- 8 am - 7pm
- Mon - Sat
We want top 1–2% performers only.
• 1–3 yrs tele-collections (Slice, Navi, KreditBee, MoneyView or similar)
• Hindi + English + Any Regional Language
• 90–300 DPD experience
• Soft calling only — no hard collections
• Immediate joiners preferred
