Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and energetic Dance Trainer to join Beowulf Athletic Club. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging dance sessions for kids and adults, focusing on fitness, creativity, and performance. The role involves teaching various dance styles, choreographing routines, and creating a fun, high-energy learning environment.

Dance trainers play a key role in building confidence, coordination, and physical fitness among participants through structured and enjoyable sessions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct dance classes (Kids / Adults / Fitness batches)
• Teach basic to intermediate dance techniques (freestyle, Bollywood, fitness dance, etc.)
• Choreograph routines for events, performances, and showcases
• Plan structured sessions aligned with Beowulf programs
• Motivate and engage students to improve performance and confidence
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Maintain discipline, safety, and positive class environment
• Prepare students for stage performances and competitions
• Coordinate with management for schedules, events, and promotions
• Maintain attendance and class records

Dance instructors are expected to plan lessons, choreograph routines, and guide students across different skill levels while keeping sessions engaging and goal-oriented.
