Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Non-Voice Chat Process Executive to provide support to customers through chat and email channels. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
