Job SummaryTeleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process to handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer calls and resolve queries.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Update customer interaction details in the system.
• Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

Language RequirementsEnglish + any one regional language:

• Telugu
• Tamil
• Kannada

Fluent communication in the required regional language is preferred.

• Shift TimingsMorning Shifts
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM
• Shift timings may vary based on process requirements.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Salary & Benefits
• CTC: ₹20,000/month
• Take-Home: ₹16,500/month
• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 every 3 months
• Travel Allowance: Provided every 3 months
