Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage load & lorry matchmaking efficiently across multiple routes.

* Ensure seamless fulfilment of shipments with high customer satisfaction.

* Engage with transporters and customers for negotiation and coordination.

* Provide customer support and upsell cross-platform services when applicable.

* Track daily operations and maintain accurate data using Google Sheets and reporting tools.

* Support the team in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

✅ What We're Looking For:

* 1+ year of experience in logistics operations, especially in load-lorry matchmaking.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Prior experience in customer service and cross-selling.

* Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.

* Fluent in Kannada & Hindi, working knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus).

* Highly organized, adaptable, and a quick problem solver.
