Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Jayanagar, Bangalore

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
