Role Overview


As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for users of India’s largest sexual health clinic. You will play a critical role in ensuring every user receives timely, empathetic, and accurate support throughout their healthcare journey.


Key Responsibilities


Handle customer interactions via calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email


Assist users with:


Appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations


Doctor consultations and follow-ups


Payments, subscriptions, and refunds


App navigation and basic technical support


Communicate sensitively and professionally on confidential health matters


Maintain accurate and complete records in CRM systems


Coordinate with internal teams (medical, operations, tech) for issue resolution


Follow strict data privacy, confidentiality, and healthcare compliance standards


Meet defined quality, productivity, and turnaround-time benchmarks


Identify gaps and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience


Required Skills & Qualifications


Strong verbal and written communication skills


High empathy, patience, and customer-centric approach


Ability to handle sensitive healthcare conversations with discretion


Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital tools


Strong problem-solving and attention to detail


Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends if required


Preferred Qualifications


Prior experience in customer support, healthcare support, or tele-calling roles


Experience with CRM or ticketing tools


Exposure to healthcare, wellness, or digital health platforms is an advantage
