JOB DESCRIPTION *Customer Support Associate

We are looking for CSA (customer support associate or customer service representative) for US SHIFT

We work for US and Canada Process

KINDLY NOTE: International experience in voice process in BPO industry is mandatory at least 1 year

Salary provided up to 37k plus 9k variables depending on your Work experience and interview performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Service Specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services, to enhance customer experience,

They help customers complete purchases, upgrades/returns and frequently provide necessary technical assistance.

Problem resolution: Addressing customer issues, complaints, and returns, and escalating unresolved issues to the relevant teams

Product knowledge: Gaining expert knowledge of the company's products and services, and providing detailed explanations to customers

Documentation: Maintaining records of customer interactions, including issues and resolutions, for review by management

Customer feedback: Collecting customer feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction levels

Database maintenance: Maintaining a customer database and obtaining customer information

5 Days working (Monday to Friday) work from office only

2 days (fixed off Saturday and Sunday)

6:00 pm to 3:30 am (shift timings)

Cab facilities are provided based ON the specific locations or transport allowance is provided.
