Job DescriptionWe are hiring candidates for International Voice Process roles with leading organizations across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle international customers over voice calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.
• EligibilityExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable communicating with international customers.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the office.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on the process requirements.
• Candidates with experience in International BPO / International Voice / Customer Support / Technical Support will be preferred.
