Job Description
Position: Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice) – TITAN
CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000 per annum
Eligibility:
- PUC or above
- Minimum 6 months of experience in inbound customer support, email support, or chat support
- Freshers are not eligible
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Versant Level 4 or equivalent communication skills)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts
- Female: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)
- Male: 7:00 AM – 12:00 AM (9-hour shift)
- One rotational week off
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through semi-voice support
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Record customer interactions in the system
- Follow company processes and quality standards
