Job Description
1. Customer Support Executive (4 Positions)
- Budget: ₹4.2 LPA (Maximum CTC ₹35,000/month)
- Maximum take-home/enhanced salary: ₹30,705
- Candidates already at our budget can be offered the same CTC. For candidates below budget, a hike of around 10–15% can be considered within the approved budget.
- Male non Muslim candidate and Graduate is mandatory.
- Languages: English and Hindi are mandatory, along with any one regional language (Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support. BFSI/Fintech/Banking/Insurance experience will be an added advantage.
- Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Work Schedule: 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.
- Bengaluru candidates only (Residing in and around Bengaluru).
- Immediate joiners preferred (within 2–7 days).
