(6 Months Sales + 6 Months Customer Support OR 1 Year Relevant Experience)

Salary: ₹27,000 CTC | ₹21,800 In-Hand

Languages Required: Hindi + English (Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory)

Quality Standard: V5 Quality

Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off

Role: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Process: BOAT (Premium Audio Brand)

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers Can Apply

Languages Required: Hindi + English (V5 Quality Communication)

Salary: ₹21,000 CTC | ₹17,000 In-Hand (Approx.)

Shift Timings:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days:

• 6 Days Working

• Sunday Fixed Off

Key Skills:

• Good communication in Hindi & English

• Customer handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to resolve customer queries effectively
