Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, or billing problems.
- Sales & Up-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Ticket Logging: Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and transactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Adherence: Meet daily and weekly targets for call handling times, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), and resolution rates. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Essential Requirements
- Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal communication with a clear, neutral accent (usually requiring a Versant test or Voice & Accent screening).
- Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, specifically night shifts aligned with US/UK or global business hours.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and the ability to de-escalate stressful situations calmly.
- Education: Typically requires a High School Diploma, PUC (+2), or any Bachelor's Degree
