 Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and take rotational week-offs

Job Description:  Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism

 Address queries, complaints, and service requests

 Document customer interactions and details accurately

 Stay updated on company products, services, and policies

 Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
