Customer Support Executive

Responsibility

1. Make outgoing calls to discover potential customers for RO water purification sales and related services
2. Lead generating
3. Understand customer needs and provide accurate or guidance.Maintain high standards of communication, empathy, and service quality.
4. Respond to customer queries via call and chat, timely, professional, and friendly manner.
5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
6. coordination with field technicians for customers' adherence and services
7. Participate in training sessions and skill-building activities to stay updated on product knowledge and processes.

Requirement

• Minimum 12th pass
• Minimum 06- 3 years of experience
• Good communication in both English and Hindi, Kannada.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
