Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls, emails, and chat messages from students and parents
  • Provide clear information about courses, schedules, and fees
  • Help users with login or access issues
  • Follow up on pending queries until they are resolved
  • Keep simple records of customer interactions
  • Share feedback from customers with the internal team

Requirements:

  • Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable speaking over phone and writing emails
  • Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools if any)
  • Patience while dealing with different types of customers
  • Prior support experience is helpful but not required
  • Travel inside and out side the bengaluru.
