Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails, and chat messages from students and parents
- Provide clear information about courses, schedules, and fees
- Help users with login or access issues
- Follow up on pending queries until they are resolved
- Keep simple records of customer interactions
- Share feedback from customers with the internal team
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable speaking over phone and writing emails
- Basic computer knowledge (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools if any)
- Patience while dealing with different types of customers
- Prior support experience is helpful but not required
- Travel inside and out side the bengaluru.
