Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Bangalore
💰 Salary: Up to ₹24,000 Take Home
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shifts
📅 Working Days: 6 Days Working, 1 Rotational Off
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- 12th Pass, Diploma, or Graduates can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge.
