📍 Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Seller Support or the E-commerce domain
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Handle seller queries through calls, chats, or emails
Resolve seller issues related to orders, payments, and account support
Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
Ensure high-quality customer service and process compliance
Work Details:
🕒 Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 6 Days Working
✅ Fixed Week Off: Sunday
Salary:
💰 CTC: ₹25,000 per month
