Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Tele Marketing Executives to join our growing E-commerce team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting products and services, generating customer interest, and assisting in customer acquisition. Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products, offers, and services over the phone.
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups with interested customers.
• Encourage customers to complete purchases and avail ongoing promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
• Achieve daily call targets and performance goals.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Follow company communication guidelines and sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any 12th pass or Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, BBM, B.Sc., or equivalent).
• Freshers can apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of Kannada and other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
