The selected candidates will interact with international customers, understand their queries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with customers.
• Demonstrate active listening and effective problem-solving skills.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain required productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
