Customer Support Executive

Role Summary:

Own and lead an assigned project track while acting as the primary tracklead. Coordinate closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ownership of assigned track

• Act as single point of contact for customers and stakeholders

• Provide guidance and resolve complex issues

• Gather and translate requirements into deliverables

• Manage risks, dependencies, and track progress

• Ensure quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment

Skills & Experience:

• Strong domain expertise and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

• 1–2 years of experience; prior Senior Executive/SME role preferred
