Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer interactions, generate sales opportunities, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities -

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with product and service inquiries.

Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products/services, and convert leads into sales.

Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain strong relationships.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction targets while adhering to quality standards.

Eligibility -

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
