Job Title: Customer Support & Appointment Management Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Reports to: Ops Manager / COO

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Customer Support & Appointment Management Executive to be the primary point of contact for customers and salon partners, ensuring every booking is handled smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Handle inbound customer queries via call, chat, and app regarding bookings, offers, and services
- Resolve complaints and escalations promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Guide customers through the app for bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations
Appointment Management:
- Monitor and manage all online appointments booked via Barberaa in real time
- Coordinate with salon partners to confirm appointment slots and availability
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending, missed, or rescheduled appointments
- Flag and resolve booking conflicts or errors quickly with salons and customers
Reporting:
- Maintain daily logs of appointments handled, escalations and resolutions
- Share periodic reports on booking volumes, cancellation trends and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or appointment/booking coordination (salon, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Strong communication skills — patient, clear, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working with apps/software tools; quick learner on new systems
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak booking hours
- Local language proficiency + working English
