Job Title: Customer Support & Appointment Management Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Reports to: Ops Manager / COO

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Support & Appointment Management Executive to be the primary point of contact for customers and salon partners, ensuring every booking is handled smoothly, accurately, and on time.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Support:

  • Handle inbound customer queries via call, chat, and app regarding bookings, offers, and services
  • Resolve complaints and escalations promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Guide customers through the app for bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations


Appointment Management:

  • Monitor and manage all online appointments booked via Barberaa in real time
  • Coordinate with salon partners to confirm appointment slots and availability
  • Ensure timely follow-up on pending, missed, or rescheduled appointments
  • Flag and resolve booking conflicts or errors quickly with salons and customers


Reporting:

  • Maintain daily logs of appointments handled, escalations and resolutions
  • Share periodic reports on booking volumes, cancellation trends and customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, operations, or appointment/booking coordination (salon, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills — patient, clear, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working with apps/software tools; quick learner on new systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak booking hours
  • Local language proficiency + working English
