Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Investment Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for client acquisition, consultative selling, and managing long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition
- Onboard new clients by presenting our products and services effectively (leads will be provided).
- Consultative Selling
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment solutions aligned with their financial goals.
- Relationship Management
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through regular follow-ups, market updates, and service reviews.
- Revenue Ownership
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, pipeline metrics, and revenue KPIs.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, SEBI guidelines, and competitor offerings.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, demos, and closures in CRM systems. Submit timely reports to the sales manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or Economics
- 1–3 years of sales experience (financial services preferred)
- NISM Series 25A certification (preferred)
- Working knowledge of equities, derivatives, and mutual funds
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
