Customer Success Manager (US Shift)

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth training delivery.
- Schedule and manage training sessions.
- Ensure timely execution of programs and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and follow-ups.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.
- Required Skills6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management.
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written).
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT Training, EdTech, or SaaS.
- Experience with Google Workspace, LinkedIn, MS Office, or CRM tools is preferred.
