Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents.

* Handle inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.

* Assist students with admissions, onboarding, scheduling, and course-related queries.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and prospects.

* Coordinate with academic, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless service.

* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/MIS.

* Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely resolution.

* Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.

* Support centre operations and administrative tasks as required.

 Skills Required

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

* Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.

* Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Internship or experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or education will be an added advantage.
