Customer Service Representative– Traya Voice Process

About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individuals to join the Traya Voice Process. You’ll interact with customers, understand their concerns, provide the right solutions, and create a positive customer experience.

Language RequirementsHindi & English – Mandatory

Any ONE regional language – Kannada / Tamil

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer calls professionally – inbound and outbound
• Understand customer queries and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
• Follow process, quality, and compliance guidelines
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Achieve daily productivity and performance targets

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates: Freshers are welcome
• Non-Graduates: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Good verbal communication in Hindi & English
• Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Comfortable working from the HSR Layout office
